Global DevelopmentPaul represents PSD Global in the area of Global Development, bringing a strong background in international development project management to our team. His advisory work is focused on Public Sector Development and regionally on Africa and the Middle East. Currently, Paul works on global development projects related to the World Bank, USAID and similar entitiies.

Before coming to PSD Global, Paul worked for the World Bank in the Public Sector Group, Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Network focused on management of Public Sector Reform projects. This included performing budget analysis for staff and consultant expenditures on Public Sector Reform Projects. Drafting Terms of Reference for Staff and Consultants, and coordinating consultant hiring. Paul also managed a multitude of development projects during his consulting work following his time at the World Bank. Paul served in the U.S. Navy before attending the University of Virginia. He is currently enrolled in George Mason University’s Project Management Certificate Program as well.
