President & CEO

Founder and CEO Patrick Dine manages the overall operations and growth of PSD Global as well as the Telecommunications & Software practice of the company. Patrick has considerable experience working with leading IT firms from more than 30 countries on their international strategies and success. He previously ran the US operations of several European companies and represented US firms in Europe & Latin America. Patrick’s work won him multiple awards for excellence in exporting and delivered over 200% annual revenue growth for each of his clients.Patrick also represents PSD Global and its clients in various networking associations and industry-specific groups. He is a member of the CTIA’s wireless internet caucus, Co-Chair of the Canadian Wireless Association’s mobile content committee and the a past Chair of the international committee of the DC Technology Council, as well as a member of the US Commerce Department’s prestigious Export Council for Florida.

Patrick teaches global business management at various local universities, conducts executive management seminars and served as an international affairs advisor to US presidential campaigns. Patrick has lived and worked in 20 countries. He speaks fluent French, German and Spanish, and has studied Arabic, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.Patrick’s education includes a Master’s Degree in International Affairs & Business from George Washington University, a graduate certificate in International Business Planning from George Mason University and a BA in International Studies & Economics from American University, as well as Global Business Management studies from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.Mr. Dine is often featured and quoted in leading publications, including Wireless Week and the Washington Business Journal.Feel free to contact Patrick at dine@psdglobal.com
