Federico Fische, is an economist with more than 20 years of experience in the design and marketing of alternative energy and low-carbon technologies, technology transfer, international business development, and project design, implementation, and management. Mr. Fische has completed research and evaluation of energy technologies and recommended energy systems for industry and governments, including waste-
to-energy technologies, ocean technologies, wind, and photovoltaic. In the field of sustainable development, he has work on land management and use, on cost-benefit assessment of energy projects, and customized financial instruments for business-to- business low-emission ventures.
Mr. Fische had work with the donor community and is very familiar with the project cycle of the international financial organization. Mr. Fische is an economist, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and has working proficiency in Portuguese. Mr. Fische has field experience in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa and Asia. The range of his many publications and presentations to international workshops and conference has included the topics of international energy policies, markets, and programs.
